Kinfood x 3 Recipes from Andrea Pons
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Andrea has created three special recipes utilizing local produce from the Kinfood September Farm Box. Recipes include Carne de Puerco con Rajas en Salsa de Tomate (Pork Chops in Spicy Tomato and Poblano Sauce), Torta de Elote (Corn Cake), and Peras de Canela con Crema Pastelera (Poached Cinnamon Pears with Mexican Pastry Cream).
